Clean pass box is installed on the walls in clean room and biological laboratory or other clean equipment, which is mainly used to transfer materials between clean areas and between the clean area and the non-clean area, to reduce the door opening times of clean room to minimize the pollution in the clean room. When the material pass the pass box, with dust particles removed quickly and effectively through the HEPA filter, clean air flow will return to the clean area again through the initial and high-efficient filter, so the clean-type transfer window is better than the ordinary transfer window on performance. Conventional door shaft will lead to the situation shown in Figure 1 after the long-term use, with a direct result of the door sagging and interlock failure, and will lead the door body scrapped if serious. After a long period of research and practice, our company improved a mechanism on the door shaft to greatly improve the service life of door body; the time proved that the life of the existing door shaft transfer window is 3-5 times of the life of the original pass box.
